TexCrete Stencil concrete System

Texcrete Stencil Pattern Concrete is made up of three components:

-The paper or plastic stencil which provide the pattern effect.
-The TopCrete CH200 Color Hardener which is a dry powder consisting of sands, cement, color oxides and special additives. -The TopSeal Acrylic Sealer, which is applied to the finished job to protect the surface from stains and also to enhance the color.

The Texcrete Stencil Pattern Concrete process is very simple. Soon after the fresh concrete has been poured, the TexCrete paper or re-useable plastic stencil is laid across the job and gently worked into the surface of the wet concrete using a special roller. Once the surface water has evaporated, two coats of the TopCrete CH200 Color Hardener are applied over the concrete & stencil and worked into the damp concrete with a trowel.

Later the same day when the concrete is dry, the stencil is removed to reveal the chosen pattern. Residual color chips are removed with a mechanical blower and later the acrylic sealer is applied by roll or spray. Experienced concrete contractors learn the stencil process very easily and can lay large areas in half the time it takes to lay pavers.
